A. Yes.

Q. Do you require me to buy boats, equipment or supplies from you?

Q. Can a Boat Club work in an area that only has seasonal boating?

A. Yes. Our Boat Club is ideal in areas that have a short boating season. When you compare the amount of boat payments, off-season storage charges, winterizing costs, etc. that boat owners have to the cost of club membership over the same period of time, the club is a lot less expensive and has none of the hassles.

Q. Who decides what prices I should charge?

A. You do. We will assist you with the initial pricing of membership initiation fees and monthly dues.

Q. Do you supply the forms, contracts and marketing programs that I will need to operate the Boat Club?

A. Yes. All the forms, Membership Agreements and letters that you will need to operate a Boat Club are included in the Software program. We also provide a "high octane" advertising campaign that is designed to generate hundreds of membership leads a year. It includes all printed materials and a television commercial format.

Q. What is the term of your License Agreement?

A. The initial term is for 10 years. You may renew your License for two additional 5-year terms. Unlike others, we do not charge for License renewals , but you will have to sign our then current License Agreement and pay the current royalty fees being paid by new Licensees.

Q. How much start up and operating capital will I need to open a boat Club?

A. The estimated amount of initial start-up capital you will need including our License fee is about $100,000.

Q. How much is your royalty fee?

A. Our royalty fee is 5% of the new Member initiation fees, membership renewal fees and monthly club dues only. No royalties are paid on damage payments, merchandise, gas, or any other profit center generated by the Club.

Q. Will you send me a copy of your License Agreement so that I can study it?

A. Our License Agreement was developed by a team of attorneys who specialize in franchise law, copyright and trademark matters. It is a highly valued document that we do not indiscriminately distribute.

To get started, you will need to fill out our “Application Questionnaire” and submit it to us for review.
