About Our Boat Club Software Program
We began developing our exclusive Boat Club software program back in 1994. Today it has become a comprehensive program that encompasses many years of boat club experience. There is nothing else like it in the industry.
Our "bullet-proof" Boat Club reservation program can manage any number of boat reservations. It will advise you if the member is in good standing with the club and if the reservation request is within the terms of the Membership plan. It will display any outstanding member balances. When a reservation is made, it can send out an automated E-mail confirmation detailing the reservation information and confirmation number. The software generates monthly statements that can be both E-mailed and snail mailed to members. It efficiently manages all membership inquiries and provides a follow-up telephone feature. It provides a host of forms, legal agreements, useful automated letters, brochures, Dock Master reports, a member newsletter and all of our Membership Agreements. It keeps track of boat maintenance and inventory and generates a host of management and statistical reports needed to effectively manage a club. It handles all the mathematical calculations needed in signing up a new member or upgrading a current member into a different membership plan and generates a Membership Card with member pictures. It automatically calculates monthly detailed Royalty Reports. The program is easy to use. It’s ideal for managing multiple club locations or for accessing club information from home or any remote location. A high speed internet connection is required.
There are 2 different security levels to protect confidential data:
- Level 1: Gives management access to every program in the system.
- Level 2: The staff can view, but not edit, Member records or financial information. They can add new members, make and edit boat reservations, manage new member prospects including follow-up and targeted E-mail programs, access the Welcome Aboard package and frequently used letters, produce Membership Cards, various automated printed labels, enter boat maintenance data and they can write member newsletters.
The software includes a HELP program that gives easy step-by-step instructions and illustrations that show you how to accomplish any task where help is needed.
