We will help you find a suitable marina, negotiate a lease, advise you on the boats to put in your fleet; help you prepare a commercial loan package if you need to finance your boat fleet; train you to operate our proprietary software program which is vital in managing the club and includes all Membership Agreements, forms and letters that you will need; use our proprietary Boat Reservation System which has helped all of our clubs fill 97%+ of all member boat reservation requests dating back to 1992; E-mail billing and boat reservation confirmations; boat accountability and maintenance information; tracks and manages new member prospects, gives you important statistical data and tracks each member's activity throughout their stay in your club. We provide all your start-up advertising and marketing materials that will generate hundreds of leads and we will help you hire and train a dock master.
